I have found a new love in fish, specifically salmon. Delicious!
J made this beauty on the grill using a wood plank. Salted & peppered prior to grilling and some lemon juice after, that's it.
I could eat this everyday.

I totally know what you mean! We make salmon with a KISS (keep it simple, stupid) recipe where you put blackening seasoning on it to start (yum!), put it in the pan in butter for a few minutes, take it off the heat for 1 minute, add 1/4 cup of white wine, and put the lid on and turn down the heat to medium for a couple minutes. It's so delicious!
Also, we've baked marinated salmon from Fresh Market a couple times -- just put it in the oven according to the instructions it came with, and I swear, that is the BEST salmon I have ever had in my life! :-D WOW!
I could prob eat that Fresh Market salmon every day. Other than that, I DO eat oatmeal (with cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts) and a banana every day! :-) Love it!

Ohhhh thanks for the new recipe idea! Next time we have salmon I'll have J follow your directions.
I am new to oatmeal--I hated it as a kid unless I could put it on toast...weird, huh? The Kashi maple brown sugar is pretty good though. Maybe I'll try another flavor this year....maybe!
